Third Party Logistics 3PL or TPL

NuCo Logistics is a provider of third-party logistics.  We provide a one stop shop service to our customers of outsourced (or "third party") logistics services for part, or all of your supply chain management requirements.

Goods Receipting

When your products arrive at our warehouse we receipt your goods through our integrated Microsoft Navision software.  Goods Receipts Reports are provided upon completion of the receipting process.   Reports include Lot/Batch or Serial Numbers and Best Before Dates if applicable.

Inventory Control

Our team is able to implement any stock rotation system suitable for your individual requirements. Common systems include FIFO (First In First Out)  and LIFO(Last In First Out).

Value-Added Services

If your products arrive at our warehouse in a poor state, our team at NuCo Logistics provide value-added services such as re-packing to improve the presentation of your products.  Other services include re-labelling and preparation of presentation packs.

Order Dispatch

Customer orders can be distributed on a local or national basis. Delivery includes Couriers Deliveries for small items, Transport Companies out of Auckland and locally and/or Customer Collection.

Container Devanning

We are a MAF approved transitional facility (ATF)  to manually devan local or imported containers. Our yard can effectively hold up to 15 containers at any one time.   Alternatively, products can be unloaded with the use of a push-pull unit for products arriving on slip sheets and forklift unloaded for palletized containers.

General Storage

Your products can be stored via pallet racking or bulk. Our warehouse is approximately 8,400 sq metres with a total capacity of over 15,000 pallet positions.

Stock-taking

Stock-taking can be performed on a per client requirement.   In addition, our team can undertake a comparative analysis for all inventory lines.

Order Picking

Orders are picked on a per-customer requirement. We have the ability to set up pick faces for your product range to complete the order picking process.  The picking includes item picks, carton picks,  pallet picks, or any multiples of the above.
